About Mui Text Messages

Mui text messages are sent by Nami Rose LLC from +1 (888) 869-1696.

Mui operates two separate text message programs. The first sends one-time verification codes so you can sign in securely. The second sends membership updates only to members who have expressly opted in. Each program is described below, along with the keywords, costs, carriers, and privacy terms that apply to both.

Program 1 — Account Verification

Type: Transactional (one-time passcode). This program is not marketing.

Purpose

We send one-time codes by SMS to verify your identity when you sign in to the Mui app. These messages are used only for account verification and are never marketing.

How You Opt In

You opt in by entering your mobile number in the Mui app and tapping Continue. The following consent statement is shown in the app at that step:

In-App Consent

By tapping Continue, you agree to receive a one-time verification code by SMS from Mui at the number provided. Message & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Message Frequency

One message per sign-in request. These messages are sent only when you request them.

Sample Message

Example Your Mui verification code is 123456. It expires in 10 minutes.

Program 2 — Membership Updates

Type: Marketing (recurring, opt-in only).

Purpose

With your consent, we send text messages about events, member offers, drop and "doors closing" alerts, and reservation reminders.

How You Opt In

You opt in by providing express written consent through a separate, unchecked checkbox in the Mui app (at sign-up or in your profile). Consent is never pre-selected. The checkbox is accompanied by the following consent statement:

I agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (e.g., events, offers, and member drops) from Mui at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies (up to approximately 6 messages per month). Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

Sample Message

Example Mui: 12 Founder seats just opened for the Feb fire-and-sea omakase. Reserve in-app. Reply STOP to opt out.

Message Keywords (Both Programs)

The following keywords work for both programs. Reply from the phone that receives our messages:

  • STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT — opt out. You will receive a single confirmation reply and no further messages.
  • HELP or INFO — receive help and contact information.
  • START or UNSTOP — opt back in after opting out.

Automatic Replies

Reply to STOP You are unsubscribed from Mui messages and will receive no more. Reply START to opt back in.
Reply to HELP Mui help: email info@muisupperclub.com. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel.
Reply to START You are opted back in to Mui messages.

Cost of Messages

Mui does not charge for messages; message and data rates may apply from your carrier.

Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy of Your Mobile Information

No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in consent) will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
