Delete Your Account

1. Overview

You may delete your Mui account and its associated data at any time. The Mui app is operated by Nami Rose LLC (MUI 無為 Supper Club), Pike & Rose, 11830 Grand Park Ave, North Bethesda, MD 20852. This page explains how to request deletion, what is removed, what we may need to retain, and how long the process takes. You do not need to be signed in to read or follow these instructions.

2. Delete from Within the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Mui app:

1. Open the Mui app.
2. Tap Profile.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm when prompted.

3. Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email instead:

Email info@muisupperclub.com from your account email address with the subject "Delete My Account."

Sending the request from the email address on file lets us verify your identity so we can process your request promptly.

4. What Is Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we remove the personal data tied to your Mui account, including:

• Account profile
• Name
• Phone number
• Email
• SMS opt-in status
• Membership app data
• Rewards / points activity
• In-app reservation & RSVP history

Any active membership auto-renewal is cancelled when your account is deleted.

5. What May Be Retained

We may retain a limited set of records after your account is deleted:

• Records we must keep for legal, tax, or financial-compliance reasons.
• Transaction records for memberships purchased outside the app.

Any retained records are kept only as long as required for those purposes, after which they are deleted or de-identified.

6. How Long It Takes

We complete deletion requests within 30 days.

7. What Happens After Deletion

Once your account is deleted:

• Text messages stop; you will no longer receive Mui SMS.
• The account cannot be recovered. If you wish to return, you will need to create a new account.
