The Chef · To Be Revealed
The Name Comes Later
名はいずれ明かされる
For now, the work speaks for him.
Years of training in Japan. A succession of celebrated restaurants across the United States. A Michelin star. The name behind them is a secret we intend to keep a little longer — revealed piece by piece between now and the night MUI opens its doors.
Omakase
おまかせ — 「お任せします」
Surrender to the artistry of our chef. A multi-course journey that follows the rhythm of the seasons, each plate a dialogue between tradition and the unexpected.

New Signature · Main Course
The Eternal Flame
永遠の炎
72 hours of patience. One moment of fire.
72-hour koji-aged A5 wagyu tomahawk, finished with wara-yaki rice straw fire for a primal, smoky crust. Carved tableside on a heated obsidian slab, the bone stands upright like a monument to Japanese fire mastery.
New Signature · Main Course
Ocean's Treasure Chest
海の宝箱
Your key to the sea's finest secrets.
A locked wooden chest arrives shrouded in dry ice mist. The key is presented to the guest, and upon opening, the fog clears to reveal a curated omakase platter of the finest seasonal seafood — otoro, uni, botan ebi, and aburi selections.
New Signature · Hot Appetizer
Phoenix Egg
不死鳥の卵
From fire, reborn.
A gold-leafed sphere concealing foie gras mousse, black truffle, and rich dashi broth. Torched tableside with a flame that melts the delicate shell, revealing the molten treasure within.
A Room That
Builds All Night
夜が高まる空間
Banded travertine, backlit onyx, copper and reclaimed timber. Rattan lanterns beneath a ceiling of slow waves, and a bronzed mirror over the bar that turns the room on itself.
Palms spill across the banquettes. A DJ works the floor, the volume climbs with the plates, and dinner becomes a night out.
