1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to MUI Supper Club (MUI 無為), located at Pike & Rose, 11830 Grand Park Ave, North Bethesda, MD 20852. By accessing our website (www.muisupperclub.com), making a reservation, joining our membership program, booking an event, or opting in to our text messaging services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms of Service

Program Name

MUI Supper Club text messaging program.

Program Description

By opting in to MUI Supper Club's text messaging program, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS and MMS) related to:

• Reservation confirmations and reminders
• Membership updates and account notifications
• Event notifications and invitations
• Promotional offers, special menus, and exclusive experiences

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive messages related to your reservations, membership status, upcoming events, and promotional offers. The number of messages you receive depends on your interactions with MUI Supper Club.

Opt-Out & Help

After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. No additional messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. Opting out of text messages does not affect other communications (email, mail) unless separately requested.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier. T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and other carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported Carriers

Our messaging program is compatible with most major U.S. wireless carriers. However, not all carriers support all message types (e.g., MMS). We are not responsible for any messages that fail due to carrier limitations.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. For information on how we collect, use, and protect your data — including text messaging data — please review our Privacy Policy.

3. Reservation Policies

MUI Supper Club operates Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM. All reservations are subject to availability.

• Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed via email or text message. A valid credit card may be required to hold your reservation.
• Cancellation: We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
• Party size changes: Please notify us of any changes to your party size as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate changes, but adjustments are subject to availability.
• Arrival: We ask that guests arrive within 15 minutes of their reservation time. Reservations may be released after 15 minutes without notice.
• Dress code: MUI Supper Club maintains an upscale dining atmosphere. We request smart casual to formal attire. Management reserves the right to deny entry at its discretion.
• Special requests: Dietary restrictions, allergies, and special occasion arrangements should be communicated at the time of booking. While we make every effort to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled.

4. Membership Terms

MUI Supper Club offers tiered membership programs (Prestige, VIP Club, and Founder Club). By enrolling in a membership, you agree to the following:

Enrollment & Payment

• Membership fees are billed annually at the time of enrollment.
• All membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Membership is personal and non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by MUI Supper Club management.

Benefits & Limitations

• Benefits are specific to each membership tier and are described on our Membership page.
• Complimentary items and experiences (e.g., champagne, omakase dinners) are subject to availability and scheduling.
• Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash value, combined with other offers, or accumulated across billing periods unless stated otherwise.
• MUI Supper Club reserves the right to modify membership benefits with 30 days' written notice to members.

Renewal & Cancellation

• Memberships automatically renew annually unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date.
• To cancel your membership, contact us at info@muisupperclub.com.
• MUI Supper Club reserves the right to revoke membership for violation of these Terms or conduct deemed inappropriate, without refund.

5. Event Booking Terms

MUI Supper Club offers private dining and event spaces for corporate gatherings, celebrations, and special occasions. Event bookings are governed by the following terms:

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your event date. Deposit amounts will be communicated at the time of inquiry.
• Final count: A guaranteed guest count is required no later than 72 hours before the event. Charges will be based on the guaranteed count or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
• Cancellation: Event cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the scheduled date will forfeit the full deposit. Cancellations made 7–14 days in advance may be subject to a partial deposit forfeiture.
• Customization: Custom menus, décor, and arrangements are available and priced upon request. All customization requests should be finalized at least 5 business days before the event.
• Liability: The event organizer is responsible for any damage to MUI Supper Club property caused by event guests.

6. Food & Beverage

• Allergies: While we take precautions to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions, our kitchen processes multiple allergens. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Guests with severe allergies dine at their own risk.
• Omakase: Our omakase experience is a chef-curated multi-course meal. Substitutions may be limited. Please inform us of dietary restrictions in advance.
• Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests 21 years of age or older with valid identification. MUI Supper Club reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated.
• Gratuity: A service charge may be added for parties of six or more. Gratuity is at the discretion of the guest for smaller parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the MUI Supper Club website — including text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, menu descriptions, and design elements — is the property of MUI Supper Club and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

The MUI name, MUI 無為 logo, and associated branding are trademarks of MUI Supper Club. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUI Supper Club, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, website, or text messaging program. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to MUI Supper Club in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

MUI Supper Club is not responsible for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged on our premises unless caused by our gross negligence.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MUI Supper Club, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MUI Supper Club makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MUI Supper Club regarding your use of our services. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.
